Church Calendar 2011
Sunday Mornings: - 9:30 a.m. - Fellowship time with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and light refreshments. The Prayer Room is also open for all who want or need to pray.
- 10:00 - Worship Service: Worship God together and celebrate who He is. Nursery care is available during the service and is staffed with loving, caring attendants. It is conveniently located on the upper level, just off the sanctuary.
- Kids Own Worship: Midway through the Worship Service, children ages 5-10 are able to attend a special time of singing, teaching, and worship.
Tuesdays: Prayer Meeting, 7 p.m. God is at work in and through our prayers. We have a wonderful and powerful time of prayer each week. Do you have a prayer request? Please call our church at 503-590-5683.
Wednesdays:
- Community Dinner, 6 p.m. We have a dinner every Wednesday night, and all are welcome! Invite someone! Like what you had to eat? Recipes Link
- Bible Study for All, 7 p.m. the Gospel of John.

12 Bible Study for All, 7 p.m. Pastor Steve will begin teaching an in-depth, significant study on the Gospel of John, an important book of the Bible.
16 Annual Congregational Meeting, 10 a.m. We will be incorporating our Congregational Meeting into our regular worship service. It includes a report on the state of the church, budget presentation, our Vision presentation, and election of church Council and other positions.
16 Roe v Wade Memorial Rally, 2:30-3:30 p.m., Salem Capitol Mall Plaza
19 Alpha Course Kick-off Dinner.
23 Sanctity of Life Sunday. We’ll be joining PRC in their Annual Baby Bottle Drive again this year.
27 Senior's Luncheon, 12:30 p.m., Wu's Chinese Restaurant near the church.

- The Jubilee Transition Homes, with significant support and encouragement from Trinity Church, has opened its first home in the Tigard area. it is helping people move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Please click on the Resources tab for more information.
Support for Good Neighbor Center, Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC), and other local agencies and ministries. Trinity is active within the local community to be good neighbors and to share the love of God with them. We want Tigard and the surrounding region to be a great place to live, grow, and thrive for all who choose to live here.
PRC of Beaverton is in great need of volunteers to serve as Receptionists and Peer Counselors. Each volunteer normally works a single 4-hour shift each week. Would you consider becoming a Receptionist or Peer Counselor? Please contact Amelie Lambert at 503-256-0808, ext. 29., for future training dates.
Just a reminder about helping those in Haiti: You can give to either or both of the following organizations through your offering at Trinity. Just make note on your check or offering envelope provided in the pews.
- Haiti Orphans Outreach - A ministry started by John and Nancy Jelinek and Trinity Evangelical.
- Medical Teams International - They are doing a great work in these days in Haiti.
